I would pay anywhere from 0-15k, but the lower the better, Head (bathroom) is very desirable but not necessary Sleep and small cabin of a certain species is dsirable but no So necessary, the need is the ability to cruise In the bay and comfortably outside the restricted waters of the shore Of the Jersey shore.
