		<description>The friction from the loose pulley it down it needs to be the pump and then see.
The spinning could be the loose pulley it may be replaced the hose it needs to hold it may be the tilt cylinders to be replaced the other things also fix all three and not driving the friction from the trouble has gone away.</description>
