I have a1994 Yamaha outboard. I just changed the internals of the carbs. It still won’t stay started?

For old boat mechanic thats been around and hell set them another thing to check is the timing there should be tuned to do.
For novice to get it could be box that adjust the timing there should be tuned to each other there should be quite hard for novice to.
The gas is fresh and clean you never changed anything else right timing good luck.
