Penn fishing reel has corrosion?

Hi there, I just bought a used spinfisher Penn ss 8500 and Paint missing on the handle, what would be the best way Remove corrosion and what should I use on aluminum so that Doesn't corroded yet? Thanks all

    If its new then it hasn’t been protected from corrosion, contact Penn reels if its still under warranty they should replace it, it should take a long tI’me to corrode
    Just give them a call or e-mail them and im sure they will advise you and maybe replace it.
