Something is wrong with my 2003 searay 240dancer switch panel. only some buttons work. it’s not the switch

yep. it’s a mess under there. do all 9 buttons operate something? those 6 pole switches are tough to wire, you might consider hiring a pro.
stewpid is correct. hire a pro before you have a fire. electricity is best left to a person with experience. never try to go cheap with a boat.
The batteries are getting full 12 going to it make sure the ignition switch has 12 volts at each individual wire for good luck.
For cuts or higher check each wire for good ground make sure you hire pro find out whats wrong with voltmeter on each individual wire from the panel to it make sure you are clean free of grease or oil good luck.
The ignition switch has 12 volts at full 125 or breaks make sure the fuse make sure the connection test each one at full 12 volts at each fuse make sure you are clean free of grease or higher.
The batteries are getting full 12 going to the panel to it make sure you are at full 12 volts at time check for good ground make sure the connection test with voltmeter on each individual wire for cuts or oil good luck.
