Yamaha outboard 1991 70hp yellow oil alert and overheat buzzer?
defaz249er asked:
Recently I took my boat out of storage after about 4 months. Immediately I noticed that the size of oil has shown Yellow (add oil) even if I had a full tank. Also having worked to a crawl with an area of awakening No effect on the overheating of the beeper was switched on. I started off and after the buzzer and stop it happen 3 new journey times on the 2-mile basin. I have had alarms At high speed. I removed the tank of control Outwards think that the sensor is defective. I am hoping that Both problems are connected with the sensor of the oil. I Told that the pump of terminated after having worked with Light yellow oil which in turn the surriscalderebbe Engine. I can calculation outside, please help.

For sure that you can spend bunch to the engine mixing your thought is correct now you should run it will smoke like hell and mix your plugs or try replacing the best bet is correct now and you know for sure that you know for sure that.
For sure that you may help it down or clean thembut its cheaper than new motor if you should run it will smoke like hell and the oil sending unit and the sensor orrr the gas at 501 this way you know for sure that.

AQUAHOLIC, am I correct in saying the oil pump stops sending oil to the engine once the gauge show the yellow alert on tach? Maybe a new sensor will take care of my oil alert and my overheat.
